Maintenance Awareness Development

I have 30 years of auto dealership experience a a tech, service advisor and service manager. My position at PetroSpecs is as the MAP (Maintenance Awareness Program) Coordinator. I teach service advisors how to sell honorable and ethical PM. I also teach techs how to use our machines and perform chemical demos, as well as assisting with offsite service advisor classes.

I'm 59 and have been married to the same woman for 36 years. We have a 34-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old granddaughter.
