I have been with BG PetroSpecs for just over 5 years. I have a very strong background in the Automotive Industry.
For just over 23 years I have held positions as a Service Advisor to Service Manager for a major GM dealership. am very astute in the workings of making the bottom line grow in the Service Deptartment and the importance of CSI.
I also am the Corporate Trainer for our Service Advisor Training Seminars. We not only discuss the feature and benefits of using BG products but also cover important aspects of the Service Advisory position, including topics such "meet & greet", communication, documentation and "what's the most important button on the phone when dealing with a very irrate customer.......the HOLD button".
